Cannot Send Newsletter Subscription Confirmation/Unsubscribe Emails

Fixed: This issue has been successfully fixed. This was caused by a bug in the third-party batch email system during upgrade.

Discovered: Today, I discovered that the newsletter system is unable to send subscription confirmation and unsubscribe successful emails.
Emails for Ken's Study Planner is not affected.
I am going to investigate and fix this issue in my free time.
