I pay my maximum effort to keep my services running and reduce outages and interruptions. However, I cannot guarantee that my services run 100% correctly.

[Complete] CN-CAN-02 Server Node Network Upgrade
Complete: This maintenance is now complete.

Update: All visitors and users in China Mainland are now redirected to CN-CAN-01 server only.

Scheduled: Followed by a notice from the IDC (Internet Data Centre) of my CN-CAN-02 (Guangzhou, China) server node, the ISPs and IDC will upgrade the network devices around the server.
The maintenance will be from 2 Jun. 2023 00:00 to 06:00 (GMT+8, CST), from 1 Jun. 2023 17:00 to 23:00 (GMT+1, BST).
All users in China Mainland will be redirected to CN-CAN-01 server only during the maintenance period. This will not affect my services.

Identified: I have located the place of this issue. This is caused by my web servers failing to connect to the email system.
A fix is being implemented.

Discovered: Today, I discovered that new users are unable to subscribe to Ken's Study Journey email newsletter. However, signing up for a Ken's Study Planner account is normal.
I am going to fix this issue in my free time.

[Complete] Ken's Study Planner Security Control System Update
Complete: This maintenance is now complete.

Update: Due to the restriction of our school's network, Ken's Study Planner may be unusable for users outside China mainland (using SG-SIN or GB-LHR) servers for 1 to 2 minutes.
This is caused by the out-of-sync of files.

Processing: The security control and logging modules are now being upgraded.

Scheduled: I am going to upgrade the security control and logging systems on Ken's Study Planner to enhance its security further.
The maintenance will be on 30 May 2023 16:20 (GMT+8, CST) and 09:20 (GMT+1, BST).
Ken's Study Planner service will not be impacted normally. However, in the worst case, some features/modules may not function normally for 1 to 2 minutes.

[Fixed] DNS Resolution Temporary Error for some Guangdong Users using China Mobile
Fixed: This issue has been automatically fixed. It is caused by temporary network instability on some ISP DNS servers.
No further issues are observed by Active Probes.

Update: The results are looking good, with fewer cities still experiencing this issue.
Workaround: Change your DNS servers to following IP addresses: 114.114.114.114, 223.5.5.5, 240c::6666, 2400:3200::1, etc.

Discovered: Recently, I discovered that some users in Guangdong Province using China Mobile are experiencing temporary DNS resolution error when accessing my services.
Users in Guangzhou, Foshan, Shenzhen and Dongguan cities, or using China Telecom or China Unicom ISPs, are not affected.
The ISP Active Probes will continue to monitor the real-time issue status.
